Arturo has a Master’s degree in civil and structural engineering (MEng), specialised in construction technology, structural design and specification of high-rise buildings. Arturo has been practising his profession for over 30 years, building upon specialisms, undertaking specialist consultancy work, providing training and fulfilling appointments by judicial bodies as an expert witness.

Arturo has vast experience in leading and managing multidisciplinary teams of fire engineers, structural engineers and building surveyors delivering advanced fire risk assessments, fire safety strategies, PAS 9980 fire risk appraisals of external walls and bespoke safety case reports for high-risk residential buildings under the Building Safety Act.

Both a chartered surveyor [Project Management] and Builder with a Masters from Cranfield Institute of Technology, Chris has over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry. Drawing on a project management background Chris utilises specialist knowledge and extensive experience acquired over a range of high profile commercial and industrial projects, with values in excess of £4b.

Trained as a Chartered Surveyor and Financial Analyst, Adrian was the youngest ever equity partner of Jones Lang Wooton, and founded JLW Financial Services. After leaving he was the co-founder and former Chief Executive of Quitain Estates & Development PLC. He is currently Chief Executive of Housing4All LLP. Adrian was awarded and OBE for services to property in 1991. Adrian is supporting ORSA with strategic advice and industry insight to ensure our delivery approach is cutting edge and with a wider look at industry’s most current topics.

With over 21 years’ experience within the finance industry, Reen brings a wealth of knowledge to ORSA. She strives to deliver outstanding service through effective and strategic financial management. Her drive for operational excellence and business transformation is a real asset to the company. Reen is an assertive and talented leader championing customer and business excellence in everything we do.

With over 21 years experience within the construction industry in the field of Health and Safety and a degree in project management, Jay moved into on-site health and safety in the early part of his career specialising and transitioning into CDM delivery in the capacity of Planning Supervisor, CDM Coordinator and Principal Designer on projects of varying size, construction value and complexity.

Jon is a professional, organised, and resourceful individual with 15 years of experience in the construction industry. Additionally, he has over 14 years of managerial and leadership experience within the UK and abroad Armed Forces. Jon has an exceptional work ethic and has a proven track record of delivering high-quality service to clients across various sectors in the construction industry, both in London and across the UK.

Dan possesses a strong understanding of the construction health and safety industry, and has a proven track record in providing design risk management services for several high profile schemes while raising the bar for health and safety standards. His experience working in new builds, demolitions, and refurbishments has equipped him with valuable knowledge on design and construction processes. Dan has collaborate with award-winning designers and contractors on implementing CDM Regulations in central London’s bustling, high-density areas.

James has over five years of experience as a Principal Designer and CDM advisor for large construction projects in various business sectors in the UK. He has provided Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance for prestigious clients and served as a Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor for Unipart Logistics. Additionally, James has extensive experience as a lead ISO compliance auditor for both 9001 and 14001. He excels at implementing complex business systems and quality management procedures in a global logistics environment. James is a dedicated professional with a keen eye for detail and a dynamic thinker who prioritizes customer needs while maintaining regulatory compliance.

A highly experienced fire safety professional with 30 years’ experience as a fire safety officer in UK local authority fire services, Phil is a registered fire risk assessor with the Institution of Fire Engineers.
