Construction of 2nr towers of roughly 1,214,235 sq. ft. It is referenced as City Tower 57-storeys/200m tall and, River Tower 42-storeys/160m tall including podium. The main project features are, 491 total residential units; a Public observation deck at the top of City Tower; Separate residential entrance lobbies. The base of both towers will include some retail, whilst the base and podium of River Tower will house facilities/amenities appropriate to a 187-room five-star hotel.
