The project is expected to provide around 360 homes – including 40 per cent affordable – as well as upwards of 50 storeys of commercial space. The tallest of the towers, which all feature green terraces and roofs, will be a 210m office building, followed by the 160m Stamford Building, a residential block, and a third high-rise, the Paris Building, which will contain affordable housing and be no taller than 100m.
