A Gem in Clapham: Arding + Hobbs

Great progress with the installation by Knight Harwood of the exposed CLT and Glulam extension to the Arding + Hobbs building in Clapham Junction. The project for W.RE will see this famous Clapham landmark carefully restored creating retail and office space and a new rooftop pavilion & terrace, giving this historic and much-loved building a new lease of life. Stiff+Trevillion is undertaking a sensitive restoration refurbishment and extension to this listed building to celebrate its unique heritage features. The project team includes Norman Disney & Young, AKT II, Blackburn & Co. and Exigere with ORSA Projects providing principal designer and client CDM advisor services.
