Topping out in Paddington

Last Month one of our projects, Paddington Square, celebrated the topping out of a new 18-storey building in the heart of London’s Paddington.

Paddington Square is being developed by Sellar on behalf of owners Great Western Developments Ltd., a joint venture between Hotel Properties Limited and Anchorage View Pte. Ltd.

Works are being carried out by Mace as Principal Contractor to turn the Renzo Piano’s vision into a new landmark in West London. ORSA are acting as the Client’s CDM advisor for the project.
