The six-story building serves as a dedicated space for the world-leading business school's postgraduate community to collaborate in academia, research, innovation, and industry. The hub, organized into three interconnected sections for research, collaboration, and teaching, aims to enhance postgraduate activities and secure funding for large-scale projects.

The space includes the Hothouse, which will host industry-led activities and networking events to strengthen the business school’s engagement and connections. This project is part of the University’s first phase of campus redevelopment, which consists of five major projects.
