York place is a 2 acre, residential development site in Battersea.

The project, designed by architect Patel Taylor includes 299 apartments, communal landscaped gardens and a newly built state of the art world class headquarters for the Royal Academy of Dance.

Featuring studios, flexible performance space, Cafes and a new archive library, the RAD occupation represents a major new destination contributing to the local community and animating the public realm.

This development was delivered in partnership with A2 Dominion Group.
