Both a chartered surveyor [Project Management] and Builder with a Masters from Cranfield Institute of Technology, Chris has over 20 years experience in the construction industry. Drawing on a project management background Chris utilises specialist knowledge and extensive experience acquired over a range of high profile commercial and industrial projects, with values in excess of £4b.
Chris is a decisive self-starter who has led a number of large consultancy businesses both home grown and international, being commercially astute, dynamic, and adaptable, confronting challenges and seeking solutions.

An award-winning international interior designer with strong conceptual design skills, Gemma has developed her experience across a range of high-profile and prestigious projects while working in different cultures and countries. Gemma is the Managing Director for ORSA and she is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business as well as clients’ management and promotion of our business.

Trained as a Chartered Surveyor and Financial Analyst, Adrian was the youngest ever equity partner of Jones Lang Wooton, and founded JLW Financial Services. After leaving he was the co-founder and former Chief Executive of Quitain Estates & Development PLC. He is currently Chief Executive of Housing4All LLP. Adrian was awarded and OBE for services to property in 1991. Adrian is supporting ORSA with strategic advice and industry insight to ensure our delivery approach is cutting edge and with a wider look at industry’s most current topics.

With over 21 years experience within the construction industry in the field of Health and Safety and a degree in project management, Jay moved into on-site health and safety in the early part of his career specialising and transitioning into CDM delivery in the capacity of Planning Supervisor, CDM Coordinator and Principal Designer on projects of varying size, construction value and complexity.
Jay’s priority is to remain client focussed whilst delivering and managing projects to the highest standards with a pragmatic approach.

Jay is a highly motivated individual with a natural ability to communicate with clients, project and team members to secure solutions to any project challenge.

A highly experienced fire safety professional with 30 years’ experience as a fire safety officer in UK local authority fire services, Phil is a registered fire risk assessor with the Institution of Fire Engineers.

Phil advises clients on a wide variety of fire safety projects, new build consultations, risk assessments and reviews for a diverse range of buildings and he is a technical consultant for the Fire Protection Association carrying out fire risk assessments and fire safety related projects on their behalf.

In addition to the above, Phil has completed three secondments as a senior instructor in fire safety at the UK Fire Service College between 1999 & 2010. He is also an associate tutor for The Fire Service College, The Fire Protection Association and The Chartered Institute of Environmental Health continuing to develop and deliver the highest standard of fire safety training.
