A new 6-storey residential building with 79 affordable new homes of different sizes is being built.

The homes are arranged in a C-shaped layout around a central courtyard that serves as a communal garden.

Each apartment is designed to have views on two sides, and the development will be completely electric and utilize air source heat pumps.

Plot K1 is included in the initial stage of British Land’s 53-acre Canada Water Masterplan and is located in a special area next to Russia Dock Woodland and Stave Hill Ecological Park.
