The project consisted of the major reburbishment, extension and associated alterations to the Grade II listed Palladian style building on Old Broad Street which is home to the City of London Club.

The gentlemen’s Club is the oldest in the City of London with former members including the Duke of Wellington, Sir Robert Peel, and the Marquis of Salisbury.
