The development consists 285,000 sq ft mixed-use scheme on the corner of Oxford Street and Charing Cross Road, directly above Tottenham Court Road station.

It will comprise 209,000 sq ft of offices, 36,000 sq ft of retail (known as 1 Oxford Street), a 40,000 sq ft theatre and new public realm. The theatre has been pre-let to NIMAX and the offices have already been pre-sold.

In line with Derwent’s Net Zero Carbon targets, Soho Place has been designed with the highest standards of environmental design in mind targeting BREEAM outstanding and LEED Gold.

The project reached practical completion in February 2022.
