Structural refurbishment and mechanical, electrical and public health fit out of an existing 11-storey commercial-office building which used to be occupied by Reuters and overlooking the existing Canary Wharf DLR station.

The project also involves the installation of the new cladding, construction of three new office floors and a new reception.

The building is targeting BREEAM Outstanding and the WELL Building Standard – Platinum accreditations.
